Part of our view on VR-Fitness:
-You can cardio push harder than ever through the exciting perceptions that VR brings you.
-You will go throw higher intensities of workouts than you are experiencing. Meaning your brain will be occupied by the games and new unknown environments so it thereby has limitied access to ackowledge information signals from your body. Such as fatigue for example.
-You´ll just hit play and your workout comes automatically without intentional effort.
